Placing an Order

Shipping and Billing addresses must be the same for order processing.

Any robot or other automatic device or software connected to the services is prohibited. If we reasonably determine that any order or attempted order was made by or through use of any robot or other automatic device or software, we have the right, in our sole and absolute discretion, to deny or cancel any such order, to refuse to accept any returns or offer refunds.

All orders on special drop products, including collaboration items, and socks are final sale as is.

Once an order has been placed, it is processed automatically and cannot be modified or cancelled. 

Prices

Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include sales tax where applicable, delivery costs, or duties, all of which you agree to pay upon ordering.

Shipping Rates are non-refundable.

U.S Orders

For orders below $190, a $15 shipping cost will be added at checkout. For orders between $200 and $850, shipping is free. We do not ship to PO boxes. Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

For deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, shipping is $40. 

Special Collaboration orders incur a $25 fixed shipping fee. Special Collaboration Items shipping rates are subject to change and are not fixed. 

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax will be calculated during checkout based on your shipping address. 

Canadian Orders

For orders below $190, Shipping is $15. For orders between $200 and $850, Shipping is free. We do not ship to PO boxes. Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

Special Collaboration orders incur a $25 fixed shipping fee.  Special Collaboration Items shipping rates are subject to change and are not fixed. 

Sales Tax

International Orders 

For orders below $300, a $40 shipping cost will be added at checkout. For orders between $300 and $850, shipping is free. Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

Once your order has been placed, your card is charged according to the amount and currency of your order, including any applicable taxes and shipping fee.

Shipping Policy

Shipping and Delivery Information

Please allow 10-14 business days for orders to be processed and shipped.

Processing times may increase during holidays and other peak times.

To protect our customers, we are unable to change the shipping address provided at checkout.

Once an order has been shipped, an email will be sent to the email address provided on the order with your shipment’s tracking information. Customers are responsible for monitoring t he delivery of their shipment once an order has left our warehouse.

Shipping Rates are non-refundable.

We do not ship to PO boxes.

We are unable to combine separate orders into a single shipment. 

All shipments of JJJJound Bicycles are subject to a specific ‘’Oversize’’ rate. This shipping rate is fixed at $200 worldwide.

Failed Delivery or  Returned to Sender 

If your package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to incorrect or incomplete shipping address and/or phone number, the package will be returned to us at your expense.

If you are absent upon all delivery attempts, your package will be returned to us at  your expense.

For international customers, if you refuse receipt of your package, the package will be returned to us at your expense. The expense includes shipping costs and any duty and tax the package may have incurred; this amount will be deducted from the total of the amount to be refunded.

Damaged/Opened Box

If you receive your package, and it is damaged and/or opened, please take a photo of the damage before checking the contents inside. Please submit a claim via the courier used to ship your order. Please also contact us here.

Lost Packages

JJJJound is not responsible for any stolen/lost packages that have been signed for. Customers will absorb the costs of stolen/lost parcels. 

Return & Exchange Policy

Standard Return Policy

All returns must be submitted within 14 business days of receiving your item(s).

To be eligible for return, all items must be returned in their original packaging, clean, unworn and in sale-able condition.

The item must be new, not worn, unaltered and free of any odours or fragrances.

If an item does not meet this criteria, it will be denied and sent back to the customer at their expense. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in sale-able condition.

All Special Collaboration Items are final sale, no exceptions. 

Socks are final sale, no exceptions.

Swim Trunks are final sale, no exceptions.

Undergarments are final sale, no exceptions.

A $15 fee will be applied to all U.S. & Canadian returns.

A $40 fee will be applied to all International returns.

**Our return policy has been extended for the holiday season, allowing returns & exchanges for December purchases until January 31st.

Exchange Instructions - For U.S. & Canadian Orders 

JJJJound may carry out exchanges on apparel items only. 

If you would like to exchange an item you received, please follow the return instructions noted above.

Exchange Instructions - For International Orders

We are currently unable to offer direct exchanges for international orders. Should you require a different size or colour of an item you have received, please return your order following the instructions noted above and place a new order for your desired item on jjjjound.com.
