JJJJound’s ‘’Le Pick-Up’’ installation references the consumer habits of the post-internet world; mobile phone purchases followed by convenient in store pick-ups to actualize the online shopping experience.
Currently, brick and mortar competes actively with e-commerce. Consumers find a lot of convenience with online shopping but the sensory experience is limited to visual appreciation. With this installation, JJJJound hopes to give customers an in-person experience of mainline apparel franchises & objects displayed while picking up their pre-purchased pair of the Montreal exclusive JJJJound New Balance 990v3.
