Danner II

This second collaborative effort between Danner and JJJJound is inspired by two of the label’s most groundbreaking hiking silhouettes. First introduced in the 1980s, the Feather Light and Mountain Light grew to be iconic for their no-nonsense approach to function.

Utilitarian colorways reflect Danner’s original designs while key functional features including breathable, waterproof GORE-TEX liners and Vibram® outsoles honour the innovative pragmatism that define the history behind these boots.

They are still fully manufactured in the U.S.A. in Portland, Oregon by a team of seasoned craftsmen and artisans.

Danner JJJJound Feather Light

True to their original design in the early 1980s, the versatile Feather Light hiker is reinterpreted with a minimalist lens and handcrafted in Portland, Oregon with premium materials including durable suede and waterproof GORE-TEX.

This boot is designed to last—it is part of Danner’s Recraftable series and can be resewn, repaired, and reworn.

Danner JJJJound Mountain Light Brown

Thirty years later and the Mountain Light remains a mainstay on the trails. This edition is rendered in the highest-grade materials and handcrafted in Portland, Oregon.

These boots are designed for long-term wear and can be restitched, reconditioned, or resoled as part of Danner’s Recraftable program.
