The Dr. Martens collaboration explores the tension between the aesthetic duality of the ‘contemporary’ and ‘traditional’ artist.

The Archie II silhouette is reinterpreted in dark brown ‘Crazy Horse’ leather and black ‘Wyoming’ leather. The brown leather references the contemporary creative while the classic creative is represented through the style in black.

Available to purchase on JJJJound.com, Thursday July 29 at 11 AM EST and available at select Dr. Martens retailers July 31.

Both styles are handcrafted with care in England at the Dr. Martens Wollaston factory. The ‘Wyoming’ shoe stands on a smoke V18 outsole while the ‘Crazy Horse’ style is built upon a trans V18 outsole. The two silhouettes are finished with a JJJJound sewn-in tab, a welt stitched in yellow, a set of blind eyelets, a dual-branded sock liner, and a secondary pair of brown and yellow Tetoron laces.
