Vans and JJJJound introduce the Half Cab in an unpadded version.

Originally released in 1992 as a response to skaters cutting the original Caballero high-top shoe down to a mid-top for better street skating performance.

The JJJJound Half Cab is reinterpreted as a more wearable lifestyle-oriented version of the Half Cab: padding removed, and our classic nylon tongue applied. This version becomes the perfect shoe for the retired skaters. Developed in 2 colour ways: the first in a black suede, and the second a low saturation burgundy suede. Both with an off-white sole, tongue and laces.

Both designs carry forward the legacy of the Half Cab, all the while embodying JJJJound ethos: combining elevated materials and carefully selected colours, adorned with our classic nylon tongue.

The new collaboration is set to launch via JJJJound.com on Thursday, April 17 at 12 PM EST.
